Over a Decade of Recruitment IT Support

LAW Absolute had lost confidence in their existing IT provider. They contracted Systems IT to deliver a higher standard of IT support for their team of consultants and manage the complex migration of their on premise server environment to a new server hardware as part of a CRM version update.

10 years later, they are still with us and trusting us to overcome the new challenges along their journey; the most recent of which have been around hybrid working. With many staff working, at least part of the time, away from the office they needed to ensure their team had access to everything they needed to work effectively and most importantly securely.

By 2023 Systems IT had helped implement a complete cloud strategy including:

• Migrate them to a Microsoft365 cloud environment, using:
  • MS Office365 for email.
  • MS SharePoint for file storage.
• MS Azure servers for their 3rd party applications – Accountancy & HR Software applications.
• Assisted with the migration of their TriSys CRM to AWS and ensuring secure access.
• Implemented a Gigabit internet connection for the office.
• Set up an enhanced Cyber Security Stack using Intune and our Silver Security package to maximise network and data security.
• Collaborated with them to get their Cyber Essentials accreditation.

LAW Absolute now has a Cloud-based IT environment, allowing hybrid working and maximising employee productivity and efficiency.  They have a secure, sustainable IT infrastructure with capacity for growth.
