& how to save yourself from paying this year’s increase

Microsoft is increasing the price of all annual licence subscriptions from April 1st 2025.

Prices are increasing by 5% from that date and will cover all-encompassing and standalone SKUS, such as:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Office 365
  • Enterprise Mobility + Security
  • Windows 365
  • Dynamics 365 Services
  • Power Platform

How to delay the increase

Annual licences renewed before April 1st 2025 will be charged at the existing price for the full term of that commitment. This will push any licencing cost increases back by 12 months, or until Microsoft next increase their prices.

Talk to you Microsoft licencing provider about how to move your renewal date, or give us a call on 020 7227 9700.

Looking for more licences?

If you’re increasing your licence count or adding/upgrading SKUs, doing this before the April 1st deadline will save you paying the price increase. The alternative is to pay upfront annually.

Microsoft Copilot goes monthly

If you’ve been considering adding Copilot to your system, but the annual upfront payment was putting you off, here’s some good news for you. From 1st December, you can pay monthly (still with an annual commitment) to add this AI tool.
